Had service and update of my 2016 Mazda BT50 GT, with Mazda City Melbourne. Unfortunately they did not link my Hema Maps back up on my head unit, of course only I only discovered when Hema maps needed whilst outback NSW. A quick Email to Polaris, fast reply and offer to remap and re link Hema Maps as Mazda did not. I was taken over each step by step by Polaris Angie who was patient, supportive and help me trouble shoot and reload files. Well done excellent back up and customer support. Very much appreciated. Thank you so very much. Now we can continue our trip with safety!
